Lugar cómodo, limpio, tal como se ve en las fotos. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este complejo con mi familia. Llegamos a la madrugada y tal vez la persona de frondesk estaba muy cansada y fue poco amable y bueno llevamos 9 horas de viaje entonces y solo queríamos ir rápido a descansar.

Casa muito boa, limpa e organizada, exatamente como nas fotos. Passamos 17 dias maravilhosos. Atendeu muito bem nossa família de 8 pessoas. Ótima localização e comunicação com o anfitrião. As camas eram confortáveis, toalhas boas e limpas. Esperamos voltar em breve! Gostamos de tudo! Mas se tiver que citar algum problema, o aspirador de pó não funcionou bem e o ar condicionado do quarto de baixo não funcionou corretamente, mas só informamos essa questão no final da estadia e o anfitrião iria enviar um técnico, porém saímos da casa nesse dia. Acredito que tenham resolvido essa questão.

Loved everything about our stay. We spent most of our time in the game room or poolside. We try not to pester our host but had a few questions, always heard back quickly and were very accommodating.

The location was amazing clean and spacious. Disney and universal were all close by. The host Lukasz was excellent he responded very quickly to any of my requests. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to stay with a large family. Thank you to Lukasz and the team for making this family trip one to remember.

We stayed here for 2 weeks with 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was immaculate with everything we needed. The pool was used every day and a cleaner came to maintain it 4-5 times within the two weeks. The host was really helpful and replied within the hour if I sent a message. Some of our party arrived early and were able to store the bags at the house before check in. We had a great time staying here, no one wanted to leave and we would recommended this house to anyone staying in the area. Was close by Disney and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. If we travel to Florida again we will definitely use the same accommodation. I cannot fault anything about this house. Excellent service and will recommend

This beautiful home exceeded my expectations. The decorated bedrooms & fully stocked game room were an amazing and a big hit with my grandkids & adults, the heated pool & hot tub was great, it had a completely enclosed area which kept mosquitoes out, there was plenty of tables, chairs, comfy couches, 2 lounge chairs, bbq. grill & TV. The main room/kitchen was roomy, beautiful & had plenty of seating areas. The property was a close walk to the lazy river, pools & watersides! 1. I was told prior to check in we could use the BBQ at no cost. I notified the manager that the propane tank was empty when I went to heat it up, I notified her it was empty & our BBQ party was starting.. The manager told me how it works is we have to refill what we use & the last guest must have used it up but didn’t refill it like he should, so we would have to refill it which should be 10.00! All this delayed our dinner & hungry kids. It was a big hassle to find a refill place at 5:00 pm & plus the refill cost was $30.00 because it was a “new” never used tank.” I should get a 30.00 compensation back since I had to fill up the entire tank. I was lied to & the manager couldn’t be bothered to do it herself. 2. The kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking supplies such as mixing bowls, baking items, cooking utensils. 3. The dishwasher was awful & left white residue on everything. 4. The streets were filled with loud party people, the street are very narrow & with people parking on both sides of the narrow streets, it was hard to get our large van through it, plus cars kept blocking portions of our small driveway. A big fight happened at one of the houses several police showed up, the management must have all kicked a bunch of renters out out since it got quiet after that.
